Skirmishing is rapidly expanding.
In three Campaigns we have gone from 1 Skirmishing Port to 5.
Campaign IV (commencing in July 2025) will see 10 Ports of swashbuckling
cutlassiers.
There are also a number of locations who looking to create their own crews.
